Ingredients
- 2 beets
- 1 head of broccoli
- 6 carrots
- Dressing
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbs unrefined olive oil or grapeseed oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Chop broccoli, julienne carrots and beets.

Whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl

Add chopped vegetables and toss to coat
