Honey Mustard Dressing

An easy gluten-free, dairy-free dressing that is delicious on almost anything! Try it on fresh salad greens, pasta salad, and grilled chicken, or use it as a dip. It takes only minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp local honey
  • 2 Tbsp mustard whole grain or Dijon
  • 1 Tbsp Herbs de Provence or Garlic Ginger Salt optional
  • 1/2 Cup Oil Grapeseed or Canola
  • 3 Tbsp Vinegar Apple Cider or Balsamic

Instructions

  1. Blend honey and mustard in a small bowl with a fork until emulsified.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Adjust ingredients to achieve desired taste.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
