This delicious marinade works equally well on veggies, fish, poultry, beef and tofu.
- 4 parts soy sauce
- 2 parts sesame oil
- 2 parts olive oil
- 1 part fresh ginger
- 1 part fresh garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and whisk well.
Add item to be marinated and turn to cover each side.
Refrigerate, covered, for several hours, turning item to be marinated several times.
Broil or grill marinated item to your taste!
