  • 1 lb. cooked fusilli farfalle or elbow pasta
  • 2/3 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup parsley minced


  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic fresh, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Mix together the pasta, peas, cheese and parsley. Add dressing and mix well.
