OMYum! I just made this. My local co-op makes a garlic lover’s pasta and this is as good, if not better. Thank you so much for the recipe. I know I will be making this a lot.
I had this same amazing pasta years ago. Anytime I was at the East end co op in Pittsburgh I’d get this. It’s one of the best pastas I’ve ever had. I’ve moved from Pittsburgh and I missed this. I would talk to my finance about how good it was. I decided to look up the recipe and was so grateful to find it here. Everyone that’s tried this out of state gives it 5 stars.
I don’t know who invented this, but you have great taste and talent. Thank you to whomever decided to post this recipe for us, it’s really appreciated.
Excellent just as it is. Also, I use it as a base and at times add dill weed, cilantro, seasonal veggies , rotisserie chicken or garbanzo beans, etc…
SOOOOOO good. I added more garlic way more garlic lol….love this salad!!
Excellent recipe. It’s super garlicky and it’s great for lunch. I followed the recipe except I used dried parsley flakes because I didn’t have fresh.
Amazing!!! All the years I have been going to the co-op I have never tried this pasta. I tried it for the first time Sunday and it’s freaking delicious. I tried the recipe today and added tuna and wow. this recipe is a keeper!!!

We do not currently have a way to accurately calculate calories. Sorry!
I had a craving and hadn’t had this pasta for years since I moved away from my co op. It tasted exactly as I remember. Strong flavor but in a good way!
Best pasta ever! Been eating it for years. Now live in Reno. And rarely can get it. So happy that I found this recipe! Co-op is the best!
