Garlic Scape Pesto
- 2 cups garlic scapes chopped
- 3/4 cup hemp hearts
- 3/4 cup raw cashews soaked at least 4 hours
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
Place cashews and hemp hearts in a food processor to blend.
Add scapes and lemon juice, processing until well blended.
Slowly pour in olive oil.
Serve on crackers, bread, pasta or pizza.
