Healthy Oat Balls
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
- 4 tbsp. ground flax seed
- 4 tbsp. shredded or flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine oats, nut butter, ground flax seed, cranberries, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Mix well.
Cover and chill dough in the refrigerator 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator; roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
