Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs heirloom tomatoes chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic smashed
- 10 basil leaves thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 loaf french bread or any rustic bread of choice
Instructions

Combine diced tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and basil in a bowl, stir.

Cover and marinate.

While tomotoes marinate, slice bread into 3/4-inch slices. Place bread in oven on sheet pan and broil approximately 2 minutes until golden brown on both sides.

Move bread to a platter and top with tomatoes. Serve immediately.
