Member Resignation Form

The current value of a membership share is paid once and entitles you and your household members to the privileges of membership. There are no annual fees or dues. If you will no longer be using your membership, you may use the form below to request a full refund of your share. Email confirmation will be required from the primary member. You may also request a refund in-person at Customer Service.

Your resignation will be processed within 30 days. Our Membership Database Coordinator will contact you to verify your information and process your resignation.
