Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups of liquid (milk, milk substitute, waters, etc.)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. Oil (optional)
- 1 cup of Organic Farmhouse Spelt Pancake Mix
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together.

Mix until lumps disappear, spoon onto hot griddle, and flip when bubbles appear.
