Servings: 1 serving


  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 cup of beans


  1. Wash beans and drain.
  2. Cover with cold water, discard floaters and soak 4-8 hours in a cool place.
  3. Drain, add water in a pot.
  4. Cover and bring to a boil. Simmer until soft, approx. 1½ - 2 hours.
