Strawberry Superfood Smoothie Bowl

This healthy strawberry smoothie bowl is great for breakfast, snack time, or even dessert.



  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • A pinch or two of chia seeds
  • Handful sliced fresh strawberries
  • Handful chopped fresh bananas
  • Handful shredded coconut
  • Optional toppings: Other berries, nuts or cocoa nibs.


  1. Blend the bananas, honey, strawberries, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately.
