Ingredients
3-4lbsheirloom tomatoeschopped
3cloves of garlicsmashed
10basil leavesthinly sliced
3tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
salt & pepperto taste
1loaffrench breador any rustic bread of choice
Instructions
Combine diced tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and basil in a bowl, stir.
Cover and marinate.
While tomotoes marinate, slice bread into 3/4-inch slices. Place bread in oven on sheet pan and broil approximately 2 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Move bread to a platter and top with tomatoes. Serve immediately.
