Cherry Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients

ripe avocado

cup
frozen cherries

cocoa powder

milk of choice

tsp
pure vanilla extract

salt
4 to 5
pitted Medjool dates or use Stevia to taste for a lower sugar version
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
Top with a dollop of whipped cream and extra cherries if desired.
