Dill Pickle Popcorn

  • 1 tbsp. coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. dill seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp. citric acid
  • 1/4 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbs oil of choice
  • Spray oil of choice


  1. Place all spices in a mortar and pestle or spice grinder and grind until it resembles a fine powder.
  2. Pop popcorn using whatever method you prefer, stovetop or microwave.
  3. Place popcorn in a large bowl.
  4. To help the spice mix stick, spray with oil, then sprinkle spice mix over top and toss to coat.
