Preheat oven to 375°

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then slowly stir into dry ingredients.

Gather dough into a ball and turn onto a floured surface.

Knead for two minutes, but be sure not to over-knead.

Shape dough into two rounds and place onto a greased baking sheet.

Cut an slit on top of each loaf about one-inch deep.

Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into loaf's center comes out clean.
