Cherry Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 3-6 Tbsp. milk of choice
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 to 5 pitted Medjool dates or use Stevia to taste for a lower sugar version

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and extra cherries if desired.
