Healthy Oat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut or almond butter
  • 4 tbsp. ground flax seed
  • 4 tbsp. shredded or flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, nut butter, ground flax seed, cranberries, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Cover and chill dough in the refrigerator 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from refrigerator; roll into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
