Organic Mung Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of beans
  • 3 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Wash beans and drain.
  2. Cover with cold water, discard floaters and soak 4 to 8 hours in cool place.
  3. Drain, add 3 cups of fresh water for every cup of beans. Cover, bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer until soft, approx 45-60 minutes.
