Ingredients

oats

whole spelt flour

sunflower seeds
1 1/2
cups
water

cups
honey
1 1/2
cups
tahini
Instructions
Combine oats, flour and sunflower seeds in large bowl.
In another bowl, combine water, honey and tahini and mix the wet ingredients together.
Pour wet into dry and mix until just combined.
Scoop onto oiled tray and flatten into rounds that are about three inches in diameter and about ¾ of an inch thick.
Bake at 350 until beginning to lightly brown and the cookies are no longer wet looking.
