Boil soba noodles and rinse in cold water.

Slice tofu and grill or brown sides in hot pan. Cool and slice into julienne style pieces.

Mix noodles, tofu and veggies.

Mix tamari, sesame oil, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic and cilantro.

Pour dressing over noodles, tofu, and veggies and mix.

Refrigerate and serve cold.
