  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups of liquid (milk, milk substitute, waters, etc.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. Oil (optional)
  • 1 cup of Organic Farmhouse Spelt Pancake Mix

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Mix until lumps disappear, spoon onto hot griddle, and flip when bubbles appear.
  3. Enjoy!
