Organic Millet (Hulled)

of millet

Combine 1¼ cups water or stock with ½ cup millet.

Heat to a boil, cover, simmer until millet is tender.

Start checking at 20 minutes. When liquid is absorbed remove from heat, let stand covered for 10 minutes.
