Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of millet

Instructions

  1. Combine 1¼ cups water or stock with ½ cup millet.
  2. Heat to a boil, cover, simmer until millet is tender.
  3. Start checking at 20 minutes. When liquid is absorbed remove from heat, let stand covered for 10 minutes.
