Ingredients

  • 1 cup of couscous
  • 1 1/2 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Bring 1½ cups water to a boil. Stir in 1 cup of couscous.
  2. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook about 1 minute or until water is absorbed.
  3. Remove from heat, let stand 5 mins.
  4. Makes 5½ cup servings.
