An aromatic long grain rice originally grown only in Thailand. While cooking, this exotic rice fills your kitchen with a delicate scent. Use as a side dish or in pilafs and desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp. of butter
Instructions

Combine 2 cups water to 1 cup rice and 1 tbsp butter (optional) in a pot with a light fitting lid.

Bring to a boil. Stir once. Cover with lid.

Reduce heat to simmer and cook 50 minutes.

Remove from heat without lifting lid: let stand in covered pot for 10 minutes.

Fluff with fork: salt to taste (optional).
