  • 1 cup of pearled farro
  • 5 cups of water


  1. Simmer 1 part pearled farro in about 5 parts of salted water.
  2. Simmer until it’s pleasently toothy and chewy but no longer hard, or for about 30 mintues.
  3. Drain any excess water.
