Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 1/2 cups of water or broth

Instructions

  1. Combine 1½ cups in water or broth with 1 cup rice.
  2. Bring to a boil. Stir once, cover with lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove hear and let stand for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
  4. Arborio Rice is best used in Risotto recipes.
