Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 2 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa.
  2. Place 2 parts liquid and 1 part quinoa in heavy saucepan.
  3. Bring to boil. Simmer approx 10-15 min until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Quinoa will look transparent when done.
