- 1 cup of quinoa
- 2 cups of water
Instructions

Rinse quinoa.

Place 2 parts liquid and 1 part quinoa in heavy saucepan.

Bring to boil. Simmer approx 10-15 min until liquid is absorbed.

Quinoa will look transparent when done.
