Ingredients
- 1/3 cup quinoa
- ¼ cup coconut milk or almond
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 Tbsp. vegan chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. flaked coconut
Instructions

Rinse the quinoa under cold running water to remove its bitter flavor.

Bring the 2/3 of a cup of water to a boil.

Stir in the quinoa, then turn the heat down to low. Cover and simmer until all the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.

Use a fork to fluff and separate the grains.

Mix 1 cup of cooked quinoa in a bowl and add coconut milk to your desired consistency.

Add apple and additional toppings and enjoy.
You need to clarify the amount of quinoa for 1 Serving. I cooked a cup of quinoa in 2 cups of water and ended up with too much quinoa.
