Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of amaranth
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Combine 1 cup water or broth to ½ cup amaranth.
  2. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook approx 20-25 mins.
  3. Stir occasionally. Add butter if desired.
