An aromatic long grain rice originally grown only in Thailand. While cooking, this exotic rice fills your kitchen with a delicate scent. Use as a side dish or in pilafs and desserts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp. of butter
Instructions

Combine 1½ cups water with 1 cup rice and 1 tbsp. butter (optional) in a pot with a tight fitting lid.

Bring to a boil. Stir once.

Cover with lid. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes.

Remove from heat without lifting lid; let stand in covered pot for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork; salt to taste (optional).
