Ingredients

  • 1 cup of wheat berries
  • 3 1/2 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Soak 1 cup wheat berries overnight in 3 ½ cups cold water in covered pot.
  2. Boil the wheat berries in soaking water 15 minutes for parboiled wheat, or 50-60 mins for fully coaoked berries. Add water if necessary as they cook.
