Pancakes with Yogurt & Cherry Drizzle



  • 1 cup of Frankferd Farms Organic Farmhouse Spelt Pancake Mix
  • 1 egg optional
  • 1 tsp. of oil optional
  • cups of milk
  • Toppings:
  • 1 cup of Naturi Organic Grass-fed Greek Yogurt plain or flavored
  • 2 Tbsp. of Tait Farms Sour Cherry Jam


  1. Heat skillet over medium-low heat or electric griddle to 375° F.
  2. Combine all ingredients and stir until large lumps disappear (do not beat or over mix).
  3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto lightly greased skillet.
  4. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown.
  5. Top with yogurt and cherry jam.
