Mango Lassi
[ləsiː]) is a popular Indian yogurt-based drink. A traditional lassi (salted lassi) is often flavored with cumin. But many sweet, fruit-based versions have become popular in recent years, none more so than the mango lassi. It is often served alongside curries to cool the palate, or just whenever it’s needed to beat the heat. Our mango lassi is sweetened with honey and flavored with cardamom. Enjoy!
Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add honey to taste. If the lassi is too thick, add an additional splash of milk or water until you reached a desired consistency. Garnish with a pinch of cardamom and mint leaves.
